The Swinery Food Truck
Care for some chicken-fried steak? How about some biscuits and gravy? Stop by for breakfast! We have Mimosas as well as beermosas, and other variants too. Irish coffee? Yep! How about chimichangas for dinner? Carne asada, Chile Verde con puerco? Stop by for dinner! We will also feature ground-to-order hamburgers made from ribeye, entrana, etc and my bacon will be added for the fat content!
The Swinery at Rise and Swine
Our little food truck
In short, we sell what we produce at Rise and Swine. I make biscuits. I make sausage. Therefore, The Swinery makes Biscuits and Gravy. I also make Chicken-fried Steak, or chicken, smothered in sausage gravy. Rise and Swine makes Cornbread, so over at The Swinery I make chili and cornbread! I also make chilidogs, since chili is available! I also happen to make all the food that I like and grew up on which is mostly northern Mexican food. Crunchy tacos dorados, chimichangas, flautas, enchiladas, and so much more. I also reserve the right to randomly make a special thing here or there, on occasion, that might be within the theme or way out there. All I am saying is you might see baby back ribs one day, or maybe grilled pork Banh Mi. Who knows. There will definitely be an occasional day of Seattle Style Chicken Teriyaki, and you will see my jelly and cream filled brioche donuts, when time and whim allows.

The Swinery is located right behind the Rise and Swine building. Park out front and grab a table!

Available from opening until 2pm
Skirt eggs (served up with a crunchy lace around it, created by frying them in lard) or any other way you like it. I'll try not to judge too much...
Seasoned and deep fried baby smash potatoes.
Belly or Buckboard Bacon.
Choose your favorite flavor of breakfast sausage. Sage, Original, Spicy Original, Maple, low fat or full fat! (while supplies last)
Biscuits and Gravy (pretty much guarantees food coma)
Chicken Fried Steak served with your choice of sides.
Breakfast Burritos filled with many of the above listed items, customizable as you see fit.
